Brisbane Hub: Feedback

Feedback - Banner

When you tell us how you feel about your course, campus and community, you improve the student experience for everyone. We want you to be proud to tell your loved ones about your learning journey with us.

Three ways to provide feedback

1. You're the voice survey

Answer two power questions. Would you recommend us to your family or friends? Why or why not?

Survey completed:
June 2017

2. SESLs

A SESL is your Student Evaluation of Subject and Lecturer. Tell us about your experience in the classroom!

Take the survey:
Week 9, Trimester 1 and Trimester 3

3. Everyday feedback

Talk to your lecturer or Student Services to give general feedback about facilities or campus. Or fill out the feedback form

You said, we acted

When you, our students, ask us for change, we listen. And better yet, we take action. Take a look at examples where you gave feedback and we did something about it.

You asked we did

You said -
"We'd like to have face-to-face counselling options"
We acted -
We're in the process of hiring an on-campus counsellor. They'll be available 2 days per week for face-to-face sessions. (In the meantime, you can still book a counselling session via skype or over the phone.)

You said -
"We need more academic skills support after hours"
We acted -
You'll soon have access to an Academic Skills Facilitator for evening support sessions 2 days per week.

You said -
"We need access to AV equipment"

We acted -

You'll soon be able to borrow equipment - we're in the process of hiring someone! AV equipment will be available in T2.
