"We'd like to have face-to-face counselling options" 
   
We acted -
We're in the process of hiring an on-campus counsellor. They'll be available 2 days per week for face-to-face sessions. (In the meantime, you can still book a counselling session via skype or over the phone.)

"We need more academic skills support after hours"
 
We acted -
You'll soon have access to an Academic Skills Facilitator for evening support sessions 2 days per week.

"We need access to AV equipment" 

We acted -

You'll soon be able to borrow equipment - we're in the process of hiring someone! AV equipment will be available in T2.
