Helen, Lisa and Emma can help you with a range of enquiries including:

  • General enquiries and/or advice (via e-mail, reception)
  • Wi-Fi logins, learning portal access, student email, printing and other computer and IT issues

  • eCoE and Visa issues

Torrens University Wakefield Campus is staffed by a full time library technician. Hayley can answer questions relating to our online resources including how to evaluate information sources, utilise materials on the learning portal, and find books and journal articles. Hayley can also assist with any issues around researching and referencing.

Andrea is the Language and Academic Lecturer at Torrens University Wakefield Campus and can help you upskill in the areas of academic writing, reading, note taking, essay planning and referencing. Andrea is also available should you need any assistance with the English language.
